JAMMU, Oct 10: Shiv Sena J&K has expressed concern over the selective approach of Karnataka and Maharashtra governments along with some big business houses to invest in Kashmir and Ladakh only ignoring Jammu.
In a press conference here today, Sena General Secretary, Rakesh Kak has said that while they welcomed abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A from J&K still they are feeling neglect of Jammu region as far as outside investments are concerned.
“Even places like Bhadarwah are as beautiful and as scenic as Kashmir but there is a selective approach by the investors in making their resorts in Kashmir and Ladakh only,” he said.
He also said that there is something fishy on establishing only pollution causing industries in Jammu region.
