Sena leaders warn against using party name

JAMMU, Sept 20: Senior leaders of Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray Jammu & Kashmir including Upsampark Parmukh Rakesh Gupta, State president Dimpy Kohli and general secretary G.I Singh have expressed that some confusion has been being created deliberately by former President of Shiv Sena Ashok Gupta who has already been expelled from the party by the High Command that he is associated with the organisation.
Talking to reporters here today they said it is a matter of great surprise that how a person can use the name of Bala Sahib Thackeray who has already been expelled and has nothing to do with party Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray of J&K.
They alleged that he is using the name of Bala Sahib Thackeray for his personal gain and for Charri Yatra which he wanted to organise on 1st Navratra. They further said that they do not have any objection in organising the Chhari yatra but he should be restrained of using the name of Bala Sahib Thackeray.
They warned that if he will not desist from such action , legal course will be adopted against him.
