Sena warns against encroachment of Hindu temples in Valley

JAMMU, July 26: Shiv Sena (SS) today condemned the encroachment and desecration of a temple at Rainawari in Srinagar. Sena in a meeting here today warned the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir and urged him to take the action against the miscreants.
Ashwani Gupta working president of Shiv Sena said it is duty of the local administration to look after the Hindu temples of the Valley. The Shiv Sena will not tolerate and desecration of any Hindu religious place in Valley, he added.
Senior vice president of Sena said it is matter of concern that under Governor’s rule also the moral of miscreants is so high that they dare to grab land of the Hindu temples.
Rakesh Kak, general secretary of Sena said the Governor should pass an ordinance for the protection of land and other properties of the Hindu temples in Kashmir Valley.
Other senior leaders who were present included Nathpal Chodhery, Rajiv Bandahri, Romesh Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar, Varun Gupta and Ajay Kumar.
