JAMMU, Dec 23: Senior Congress leader and former general secretary of PCC, Moti Lal Kaul breathed his last here after a brief illness.
His cremation took place at Shanti Ghat Shakti Nagar this afternoon.
People from all walks of life including PCC secretary Hira Lal Pandita, Rajiv Saraf and other senior KP leaders participated in his funeral procession. Mr Kaul, Chairman of Migrant Cell PCC was also associated with Ganpatyar Temple Committee, Srinagar. His death was widely mourned by members of PCC and KP organizations.
