JAMMU, Feb 1: Additional Sessions Judge Udhampur has dismissed an appeal filed by one Ram Saran, driver of a truck who was convicted and awarded two years imprisonment by Judicial Magistrate Majalta for causing death of a minor boy by rash driving.
After hearing both the sides, Additional Sessions Judge upheld the judgment of the trial court and directed that the convict be sent to District Jail Udhampur to suffer the sentence as ordered by the trial court.
