MARH, Oct 17: Highlight-ing the political inequality, former MLA and NPP president Balwant Singh Mankotia reiterated that separate Jammu State is not just demand but need of the hour to end political inequality with Jammu region. Nationalist people of the Jammu remain neglected in every field due to lack of political empowerment.
Addressing the Tiranga rally organized at Tirlokpur, Gho Manhasan, Padrod of  Marh constituency of Jammu district, Mankotia informed that movement has been started for separate Jammu State and Tiranga rallies are getting huge support from the general masses and people whole heartedly are participated in these rallies.
NPP leader said that awareness campaign started for separate Jammu is not just demand but need of the hour because people of Jammu region denied political equality which is the main reason for continuous discrimination in education, employment, development in the region and never got equal share in State. Seperate Jammu State is the only solution to get rid of these problems, he added.
Continuous discrimination in employment and development sector has compelled people to support the separate Jammu State demand and NPP has carried out awareness campaign from Kishtwar to Poonch and Banihal to Lakhanpur and people are supporting whole heartedly Haq Insaaf  Yatra started for separate Jammu State demand and no one can stop to carve separate Jammu State, NPP leader said.
Mankotia said that NPP has organized more than 500 rallies in Jammu province for separate Jammu State demand and Tiranga rallies to celebrate Accession Day on  October 27 to spread the message of  unity and harmony. The Tiranga rally would be concluded on  October 27, the day when Jammu and Kashmir acceded to Union of India and party will mark this day like Diwali, Eid and Gurpurab.
On this occasion, party secretary Shankar Chib and Marh block president  Anil Rakwal also address the gathering in Marh constituency.
