SES distributes stationery items among needy students

JAMMU, Feb 15: In an impressive function held at Government Middle School, Nandpur in Miran Sahib Zone, Shaurya Education Society (SES) distributed stationery items among needy students.
The items including notebooks and pencils were distributed among students of the school by Shaurya Education Society’s chairman Harinder Mahajan (Vicky). Speaking on the occasion, Mahajan called upon parents to take care of the studies of their children.
Romesh Chander, Sarpanch of the local Panchayat, lauded the society for distributing stationery items among the poor students. He said that such functions should be held in future too for the benefit of the poor and needy students.
Kirtan Singh (president of GGF) and Paramjit Singh (retired Head Master) and Headmistress of the school also spoke on the occasion. Parshotam Mehra, vice-president, OBC cell, Jammu district, parents of the students and locals were present on the occasion.
