JAMMU, Nov 28: MLA Jammu East, Yudhvir Sethi and Dr. Vijay Kumar Presbyter In charge St Paul’s Church laid foundation Stone for upgradation of Christian Graveyard and construction of toilet complex in Ward Number 7.
In a function organized by J&K Christian Fellowship Trust, All India Masih Seva Dal and people of the locality here under the leadership of Dr Vijay Kumar Presbyter Incharge St Paul’s Church, Feastus Sotra Chairman AIMSD and Camres David Babloo president All India Masih Seva Dal at Christian Community complex and Christian Graveyard Ward Number 7. Yudhvir Sethi who was the chief guest and Dr Vijay Kumar Presbyter In charge St Paul’s Church presided over the function.
AIMSD president, Camres David Babloo and Feastus Sotra Chairman AIMSD demanded Yudhvir Sethi MLA Jammu East & Commissioner JMC repairs of All Christian Colonies. As Christmas festival is approaching near the lanes and drains in Christian Colonies Old Rehari W No 8, Dogra Hall Christian Colony, Residency Road W No 7, New Plot W No 16, Ustad Mohalla Christian Colony W No 9, Gandhi Nagar Valmiki Colony W No 20, Resham Ghar Christian Colony W No 13, Bakshi Nagar Christian Colony W No 27, Qasim Nagar Christian Colony W No 47 be repaired.
They also demanded repairs to street lights in these localities.
