JAMMU, Aug 31: State Chief of Congress Seva Dal Balwinder Singh Sambyal has appointed heads of block committees of Congress Seva Dal for Bani, Bishnah, Nowshera and Sunderbani.
Sambyal has re-constituted these block units and appointed Daleep Kumar as block chief of Bani, Jeevan Lal as secretary and Mohinder Lal as organizing secretary.
Rajeev Sharma has been appointed as block chief of Bishnah, Ashwani Sharma as block chief of Sunderbani, Joginder Singh as district co-ordinator of district Rajouri and Naresh Kumar as block chief of block Nowshera.
