JAMMU, May 16: Jammu Police has seized seven vehicles involved in illegal mining from different parts of the district.
According to a police spokesman, one JCB bearing chasis number HAR30XX4JO3069752 and three dumpers bearing registration numbers JK02CX-2172, JK02CX-2188 and JK02CV-3965 were seized by Police Station Akhnoor.
He said a tipper bearing registration number JK02CW-3546 and two tractor-trolleys bearing chasis numbers IVY5105DEMA034756 and MBNGAALUPMRC04087 were seized by Police Station Nagrota and Police Post Chatha, respectively.
The DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same, he added.
