RAJOURI, Aug 18: District Administration, Rajouri convened a series of public meetings aimed at providing a number of services including certificates and resolution of public grievances related to various departments. The camps are being organised for providing services related to Health & FW and Revenue Departments.
Continuing the mass outreach drive launched for providing services under PSGA at people’s doorsteps three service delivery camps were held in district Rajouri at Ranthal by SDM Kalakote Khalid Hussain, Thanger by SDM Sunderbani Kartar Singh and Ghambir Brahmana by AC Revenue Qayoom Mir and Tehsildar Manjakote Mehmood Khan. Meanwhile BMO Darhal Dr Iqbal Malik organised two medical camps along with a team of doctors for health check-up and providing certificates.
Large number of public attended and benefitted through these camps. In three camps a total of 175 PRCs, 183 Revenue Extracts, 38 Category Certificates, 14 Caste Certificates, 13 Mutations, 10 Income and 250 other certificates were distributed on spot. Many grievances of people redressed and awareness about various Government schemes were provided.
During this month 1900 services have been provided so far which include 668 PRCs, 488 Revenue Extracts, 91 Caste Certificates, 79 Income Certificates, 101 Category Certificates and 48 Mutations among others.
In last three months more than 24000 services including 15230 revenue related Services have been provided which include 2943 PRCs, 2821 Revenue Extracts, 1476 Caste Certificates, 813 Income Certificates, 1434 category certificates, 511 Mutations among others.
Deputy Commissioner, Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary earlier reviewed the weekly performance of SDMs, Tehsildars and BMOs for providing services and certificates at these camps organised in remote villages. He informed the Revenue and Health Departments officers are working under an elaborate strategy to reach out to every family in the district this year wherever such certificates and services are required.
