KISHTWAR, Apr 9: On the Balidan Diwas of Shaheed Chander Kant Sharma, Seh Sewa Pramukh, Sewa Bharti Kishtwar installed one RO with allied accessories in the premises of District Hospital Kishtwar.
The keys were handed over to the Medical Superintendent by Ajay Shan, District President, Sewa Bharti in presence of Arvind Parihar, Convenor Shree Sanatan Dharm Sabha Kishtwar and other members of Sewa Bharti, district unit which included Madan Sen and Vinod Bhandari, Vice President and executive body Members Chuni Lal Sharma, Sanjay Bhutual and Amarjeet Kotwal.
The Sewa Bharti has been working in district Kishtwar since long for the welfare of the weaker sections of society by way of providing ambulance service, financial assistance to patients, women empowerment by way establishing sewing centers in far flung areas.
Further for economic upliftment of weaker sections of society, Sewa Bharti has initiated project Vasundhara under which fruit plants (mostly wallnut) are being provided besides supporting Government agencies during times of disasters.
