JAMMU, Mar 16: Alleging non-clearing of their 6th Pay Commission arrears worth crores since long, State Forest Corporation (SFC) employees have said that Non-gazetted cadre is facing severe stagnation in the Corporation.
The SFC employees in a representation here today, alleged that DPC of some cadres has not been conducted since long and due to this, the clerical and other Non-gazetted cadre is facing stagnation. Some cadre have given just functionary promotions.
They pointed out that while employees of other Government departments are getting 139 % Dearness Allowance, the SFC workers are being given just 100 % DA which is grave injustice with them. They demanded that pending 6th Pay Commission arrears of SFC employees be given without any further delay.
