JAMMU, June 9: A meeting of executive body of Chenab Valley was held under the chairmanship of Madan Lal Parihar (president district Kishtwar), today.
The meeting discussed various issues like pensionary benefits, release of pending DA, release of arrears, completion of DPC process pending for more than two years and above all the most confronting issue of the release of salaries at due course of time as delay in the release of salaries, officials along with their dependents like ailing parents and school/college going dependents are facing severe harassment.
The participants in the meeting with one voice appealed the Chairman J&K SFC to intervene in the matter personally to ensure mitigation of their pending demands.
