SGEJAC projects pending demands of employees

JAMMU, July 6: State Govt Employees Joint Action Committee (SGEJAC) discussed the burning issues of the employees here today and urged upon the Government to address the same.
While speaking in the one day convention of State Govt Employees Joint Action Committee here today senior trade union leaders Sushil Sudan, Subash Verma and Suresh Sharma strongly projected the burning demands of employees. It was urged upon the Govt to fulfill all the pending demands of the employees without any delay.
The major issues discussed during meeting included release of pending DA installment due from January Ist, 2015; release of salary/Wages of FMPHWs (Health Department) and other departments; sanction of dislocation allowance in favour of employees posted outside home locality; enhancement of Medical allowances from Rs 300 to Rs 2000 per month, framing of Policy for regularization of daily wagers and release of pending DA arrears.
Prominent among others who attended the convention including Yash Mangotra, Suman Sharma, Mohd Farooq, Master Farooq, Vinod Kumar, Rinku Gill, Jarnail Khokar and Manzoor Hussain.
