Shahnawaz Choudhary criticizes BJP’s ‘anti-Jammu’ approach

JAMMU, Sept 3: Congress leader and DDC Member, Mohd Shahnawaz Choudhary has voiced his strong concerns regarding the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) approach to various critical issues affecting the region of Jammu.
In a scathing critique, he highlights the BJP’s stance on the toll plaza issue, the implementation of smart meters and its overall state leadership.
Choudhary asserted that the BJP’s handling of these issues reflects an alarming anti-Jammu approach and more concerning, a concerning level of incompetence within their state leadership.
He said that the imposition of additional tolls in the region has imposed an unjust financial burden on the people of Jammu as this action not only hampers economic growth but also impacts the lives of ordinary citizens.
He also criticized the BJP’s approach to the implementation of smart meters and said that the hurried rollout of these meters without proper planning and consideration for the concerns of consumers has led to widespread discontent.
Shahnawaz Choudhary maintained that the people of Jammu deserve better leadership and more responsible governance from their elected representatives.
