JAMMU, Dec 12: Shri Kailakh Jyotish Avim Vedic Sanathan Trust will confer ‘Kailakh Sanskrit Ratna Puraskar’ to DIG Shakti Pathak during a function at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Jammu tomorrow.
In a press conference here today Mahant Rohit Shastri, Trust Head said that a lecture on Dev Vani Sanskrit will also be organised on this occasion.
He said that a Mobile Gurukul will also be launched on the occasion by J&K Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha and Atal Peethadhishwar Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Vishwatma Nand Saraswati Ji.
On the occasion of birth centenary of late Dr. Uttam Chand Pathak Shastri, a scholar of Dev Vani Sanskrit, Deepak Gupta said that Ware House Nehru Market has started transactions in Sanskrit in the market to boost the morale of Sanskrit lovers and to encourage them to stay united and work for the protection of their culture and moral values.
Parbodh Sharma was also present on the occasion.
