JAMMU, Jan 18: Shakti Sagar, retired Chief Engineer and Renu Mahajan, Secretary (retired), J&K Legislative Assembly, have been empanelled as Arbitrators in the International Arbitration Committee, High Court of J&K and Ladakh.
The two technocrats have been empanelled by the Additional Coordinator Jammu Kashmir International Arbitration Committee in terms of Rule 11© of Jammu and Kashmir International Arbitration Centre (JKIAC) (Internal Management) Rules, 2020 with immediate effect.
