SRINAGAR, Aug 27: Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Sham Lal Sharma today ordered independent enquiry to ascertain the alleged irregularities in PHE Division Handwara and attached the Executive Engineer, PHE Division, Handwara, Iftikhar Andrabi with immediate effect till the completion of enquiry.
The Minister was responding to a query of the MLA Langate, Sheikh Abdul Rashid in the Legislative Assembly. The legislator alleged irregularities in execution of PHE workers in the division.
