Sharma meets Omar, discusses public issues

JAMMU, July 26: MLA and senior leader of National Conference from Nowshera constituency, Radhay Sham Sharma, met Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah and held threadbare discussions regarding vital issues of public importance and development of Nowshera constituency.
The issues raised by the MLA included early disbursement of compensation to border migrants of his constituency at par with border migrants of Pallanwala besides their permanent settlement at safer places, sanctioning of cluster development of Model Villages, one each cluster for Nowshera and Sunderbani blocks, early disbursement of compensation to cocoon farmers for their recent damaged cocoon crops, timely supply of all kind of fertilizers, 100% sanctioning for roads and bridges, on spot recruitment in Police Department as done in other parts of the State, 100% funding for all the approved 21 water supply schemes, etc.
The Chief Minister assured Sharma his whole hearted cooperation and early redressal of all the issues raised by him for the welfare of the Nowshera people.
