Sharma posted DIG Leh-Kargil; two other officers shifted

LEH, Nov 14: The Union Territory administration of Ladakh has ordered the transfer and posting of three police officers.

As per an order, Gaurav Sharma, a 2009 batch AGMUT cadre IPS officer, who was awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as DIG Leh-Kargil Range against an available vacant post at PHQ, UT of Ladakh.
Further, it has been ordered that Fulzele Piyush Nirakar, a 2015 batch AGMUT cadre IPS officer, who was awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as SP Security, Ladakh, with the additional charge of SP Telecom, Ladakh, relieving Deepak Digra, of the additional charge of the post. The officer is also assigned the additional charge of SP, ACB Ladakh, relieving Pardeep Singh, a JKPS officer of 2008 batch, of the additional charge of SP ACB Ladakh.
The salary and allowances of the officer shall be drawn against the available vacant post from the IPS cadre, ordered the Ladakh administration.
Meanwhile, Deepak Digra, a 2008 batch JKPS officers who is currently holding the post of SP Security Ladakh, has been transferred and posted as Senior Superintendent, District Jail, Leh with the additional charge of Staff Officer to DG, Fire & Rescue Service, Ladakh and Staff Officer to Commandant General, Civil Defence/Home Guards/ UTDRF Ladakh. The salary and allowances of the officer, however, shall be drawn against the post of Deputy Commandant IRP 25 Battalion.
The officer in his capacity as Senior Superintendent, District Jail, Leh shall be working under the direct supervision of Incharge Prisons, UT Ladakh, ordered the Ladakh administration.
