AKHNOOR, Oct 10: Senior BJP leader and DDC Member, Suresh Sharma here today started construction work of a causeway to be built at Gaidda Nala in Panchayat Kathar, Block Maira Mandrian.
Speaking on the occasion Sharma said, after construction of the causeway, transportation will run smoothly there especially during rainy season.
He further said that construction work of road from Gaidda Khad to Jedi Bridge connecting two districts will also be started soon, which will also facilitate devotees of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage.
The senior BJP leader claimed that the Government led by PM Modi at the Center is focusing on J&K.
He said that in coming days many development works will be started in Block Maira Mandrian and Chowki Chaura which will benefit people of the area.
