Shashank Kulkarni’s book selected in Govt Approved List

JAMMU, July 23: An internationally acknowledged agricultural policy scientist and well known author of Central University of Jammu, Shashank Kulkarni’s Marathi book ‘Samnvayatun Samgratekade (From Co-ordination to Integration)’ has been selected in the Maharashtra Government’s ‘Government Approved Book List’.
This book has been selected in the category ‘Spirituality and Philosophy’. This list is prepared by Directorate of Libraries, Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra. The book selection committee consisted of twenty dignitaries. The chairman of this committee was Pratap Kasbe and member secretary Library Director Shalini Ingole.
This book has been foreworded by Dr Ravindra Mule, Head of the Department of Philosophy, Savitribai Phule Pune University. It also got Blessing Messages from Swami Srikantananda, a president of Ramakrishna Math, Pune and Dr Mansi Rajhans, a Head of the Department of Psychology, SNDT University. This book was published in the year 2020 by renowned Navinya Publication from Pune. This book has earlier been declared an award for excellence in scientific spirituality by Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad (Shakha Palus).
Shashank Kulkarni is an eminent poet, writer, speaker and an internationally renowned agricultural policy scientist. He was born in the year 1990 in Sakhrale (District Sangli) village of Maharashtra. He has done special work in the Department of Public Policy and Public Administration, Central University of Jammu as Senior Researcher, University Grants Commission. Various countries of the world have made him proud for his research and writing work. More than ten books have been written by him in Marathi, Hindi, English languages on different subjects. He has written in various national and international research journals. He has played an important role in the construction of the revered Dwarkanath Shastri National Research Center. He is also known as the leader of ‘Baba Laxman Das National Memorial Construction Service Committee’, an innovative social and spiritual movement of Jammu and Kashmir. He has been honored by the renowned Swahili University of South America in recognition of his basic research work in the context of India’s farmer policy.
