LEH, July 10: On his joining as Additional Secretary, Law & Justice Department, Union Territory of Ladakh, Shashikant Bhagat has been assigned the legal matters of the department.
“The files requiring legal opinion/legal inputs shall be sent to the Additional Secretary, Law & Justice by the Department, who shall examine/reply/dispose them directly to the concerned Department/Authority, with immediate effect and until further orders,” read an order issued by the General Administration Department of Ladakh.
Michael M D’Souza, Administrative Secretary, stands relieved of the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Law & Justice Department, UT of Ladakh, the order further said.
