Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy holds ‘Inspection and Supervision’ course

UDHAMPUR, June 21:  Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy, Udhampur organized a three-day long course on ‘Inspection and Supervision” for the ranks of Deputy SP to Senior Superintendent of Police. The course was designed under the guidance of Director, Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur, Sulaiman Salaria, ADGP which was coordinated by Kamal Sharma, CPO and Mustafa Riaz, PO.
The main objective behind the course was to make all the participant officers well aware about supervisory function, conflict management, inspection, departmental enquires, preparation of APRs, dealing with subordinates and leadership traits.
During the three-day long course, eminent speakers including Gulzar Singh Salathia, IGP (Retd.), Pallvi Sachdeva, Assistant Professor, Department of Lifelong Learning University of Jammu, Anil Verma, CA Udhampur, Randheer Singh, SSP, AD(Outdoor) SKPA Udhampur and Kamal Sharma, CPO SKPA Udhampur delivered lectures and shared their valuable experience on various topics assigned to them.
Course co-ordinator Kamal Sharma, CPO delivered the lecture on Departmental Enquiries and principles of natural justices, which was highly beneficial for participating officers.
The valedictory moments of course were graced by Director, SKPA Sulaiman Salaria, IPS, ADGP, where he concluded the course with detailed discussion on Departmental Enquiries and how to write APRs. The course was coordinated by Kamal Sharma, CPO and Mustafa Riaz Khan, PO SKPA Udhampur.
