JAMMU, May 7: State president of Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackeray), Dimpy Kohli, has criticized the BJP-PDP Government for not accepting demands of striking JMC employees on time and thus allowing City of Temples to be converted into a city of garbage.
While talking to media persons, Dimpy Kohli alleged that the entire problem was because of Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh who took everything in light as JMC employees had already warned the Government about their striking plans in advance. “Today the whole city is converted into heaps of garbage and if this situation is not controlled on time there are chances that any deadly epidemic will grip Jammuites because of heaps of garbage lying here and there in the entire Jammu city, he said.
“BJP leaders are talking of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan but nobody, even Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is  bothering to address the grievances of agitating JMC employees,” he said  and asked the Government to  consider genuine demands of JMC employees .
During the press conference, the Shiv Sena president was accompanied by Sandeep Bhagat, Rajan Gupta, Raj Singh, Narinder Dev Chunni and M M Nagotra.
