Shiv Sena for employment to local youth in new ventures

JAMMU, Jan 8: Shiv Sena, Jammu and Kashmir unit staged a protest demonstration, here today, demanding that the investors from across the nation and abroad coming to establish their business units in J&K must ensure that local youth of the UT should be provided employment in these establishments.
The Shiv Sainiks, led by J&K unit President, Manish Sahni, assembled near the statue of Maharaja Hari Singh on Tawi Bridge and raised the demand through vociferous slogans.
Addressing the gathering, Manish Sahni warned the investors not to come to J&K with the sole intention of making money and then fleeing away depriving the youth of Jammu and Kashmir of any benefit. He appealed to the companies having signed MoUs with the J&K Govt or private ventures in Jammu and Kashmir to ensure that the youth of this Union Territory are accorded priority in their projects and ventures.
