Shiv Sena protests against poor traffic management

JAMMU, Aug 20: J&K Unit of Shiv Sena Bala Saheb Thackeray today protested here against the poor traffic management in Jammu city.
At the end of protest Shiv Sena leaders submitted a memorandum to IGP Traffic with an appeal to improve traffic management in the city.
The protest was led by Shiv Sena J&K president, Manish Sahni outside Press Club Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion Meenakshi Chibber, Shiv Sena Women Wing president said it seems that with target to increase fines, traffic cops are ignoring traffic improvement and this is resulting in more traffic jams on city roads.
Working Shiv Sena president, Ashwini Gupta said that officers responsible for traffic chaos should be punished.
Shiv Sena General Secretary, Vikas Bakshi claimed that cops even Challan vehicles parked outside the house to achieve the set targets.
Shiv Sena Secretary, Raj Singh; Bhuri Singh, Raju Salaria, Pooja Rani and Sanjeev Soodan were also present on the occasion.
