JAMMU, Aug 13: Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackeray) J&K unit staged a strong protest demonstration against the Union Government for not fulfilling the promises made after the abrogation of Article 370, here today.
The protest was organised under the leadership of Party president, Manish Sahni. The protesters were raising slogans against the Government and alleged that the Union Government has betrayed the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the entire nation by making false promises over employment, development, economic growth and peace in the region.
Sahni said that the statements made by the Union Ministers on the floor of the Parliament regarding any two persons from outside the J&K can buy property in the J&K is merely a rhetoric.
