KISHTWAR, Sept 19: Superintendent of Police Abrar Choudhary today ordered suspension of SHO Warwan and Incharge Police Post Afti for indulging in malpractice.
Police spokesman said that on the receipt of a complaint regarding involvement of Incharge Police Station Warwan and Incharge Police Post Afti in corrupt practices, the SP has placed these officials under suspension with immediate effect.
The SP has also ordered a departmental enquiry against these officials and issued clear instructions to all the territorial officers and others dealing with the public issues in the Police Stations and Police Posts to abide by the law and refrain from all sorts of malpractice and indiscipline.
Meanwhile, SI Sikinder Chouhan has been posted as SHO Police Station Warwan.
