SAMBA, May 10: To celebrate Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti, a Shobha Yatra was taken out here today.
The religious procession was organized by Brahman Sabha Samba in which Shobha Yatra depicting the history of Bhagwan Parshuram was organized.
The Shobha Yatra started from Chohata Chowk and passed through various bazaars, wards and roads.
Hundreds of people irrespective of caste, creed and religion participated in the programme.
District Development Commission (DDC) Samba RK Varma and MLA Samba Yash Paul Kundal were also present during the religious procession.
While speaking, they threw light on the life and teachings of Bhagwan Parshuram.
