SRINAGAR, Dec 28: State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) Chairperson, Justice (retired) Bilal Nazki, today visited Kupwara and Baramulla district jails.
According to an official handout issued here, Justice Nazki while inspecting these jails took stock of living condition of the jail inmates vis-a-vis medical care, educational and vocational activities, legal aid, diet, water, heating and library facilities etc.
“The recommendations will be submitted to Government separately,” the official handout added.
