JAMMU, Dec 13: The Public Works (Road & Buildings) Department has designated Deputy Secretary ranked officer Shuaib Mohammad Naikoo as the nodal officer for handling Regular Departmental Action (RDA) cases and inquiries related to engineering and non-engineering staff of the department.
