Sikh bodies to organize ‘Sandhya March’ on Dec 25

JAMMU, Dec 18: Various Sikh bodies including DGPC Jammu, Sikh Students Federation, Panth Dardi and Sikh Naujwan Sabha have resolved to organize a `Sandhya Pheri/ March’ on Saturday (Dec 25).
Addressing a joint press conference here today, the Sikh leaders said that this Sandhya March will be dedicated to the Martyrdom of four sons (Sahibzadas) of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj and other martyrs of that period.
They further disclosed that march will start from Gurdwara Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji, Preet Nagar, Jammu at 4 pm on Dec 25 and will culminate at Gurdawara Baba Fateh Singh Ji at Gandhinagar. Many prominent preachers and `Dhadi Jathas’ will participate in the programme, they added.
The Sikh leaders including Jathedar Mohinder Singh, Fateh Singh, Avtar Singh Khalsa, Narinder Singh, Balwant Singh, Ramnik Singh and others appealed to the Sikh Sangat and others to participate in the Sandhya March in large number.
