JAMMU, May 27: All J&K Sikh United Forum held a meeting under the chairmanship of its convener Rajinder Singh.
While speaking, Rajinder Singh said that tube well of Simbal Camp Takeri is being illegally possessed by police.
He said that the tube well is meant for public convenience but illegal possession of the same has created manifold problems for the people.
He appealed to the Minister of PHE and Irrigation Sham Lal Sharma to issue instruction to police to refrain from such system.
Gurdeep Singh also appealed the Minister to issue orders for installation of hand pumps for poor families, who were having no source of drinking water.
Among others present were advocate Sangat Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Balbir Singh, advocate Avjyot Singh, Narinder Singh, Tajinder Singh, Bodh Raj Sharma and Dev Raj Choudhary.
