NEW DELHI, Oct 20: Silver prices rose 0.21 per cent to Rs 38,480 per kg in futures trade today largely in tune with a recovery trend in global market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver for delivery in December traded higher by Rs 81, or 0.21 per cent, to Rs 38,480 per kg in a business turnover of 549 lots.
In the international market, silver gained 0.50 per cent to USD 17.36 an ounce in Singapore, rebounding from a weekly decline.
Market analysts said a recovery in the global market mainly influenced silver prices in futures trade here. (PTI)
