JAMMU, Feb 15: SCIENTIA International School (SIS), Bantalab today celebrated Annual Sports Day with great zeal and excitement here.
The school Chairman, Parshotam Bhardwaj, Vice Chairman, KR Magotra and Founder Director Principal, Bharti Bhardwaj graced the function.
The programme began with the lighting of the torch followed by the Inter house ‘March Past’. The oath taking ceremony was taken by Vishali Dharanch of Grade seven and the students solemnly pledged to uphold the spirit of true sportsmanship.
Children participated in various races, athletics and sports activities.
The Principal of the school while addressing the audience expressed his fervor and encouraged the children to participate more in sports activities and games.
The winners of the games were awarded with medals and trophies by the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Principal of the school.
