SRINAGAR, Jan 30: The SIU in Baramulla today presented a charge sheet against three accused before the Additional Sessions Judge (NIA Court) in Baramulla.
The charge sheet is related to the case FIR No. 103/2023 Under Sections 7/25 of the Indian Arms Act, 13, 18, 23, and 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and it is under investigation with the SIU in Baramulla.
The case has been filed against three accused individuals identified as Showkat Ali Awan, son of Ab Kareem Awan, Ahmad Din Khatana, son of Shakir Din Khatana, and Mohd Sideeq Khatana, son of Umer Din Khatana.
All three are residents of Churunda Uri in Baramulla.
The police said the next date of hearing for the case is scheduled for 16/02/2024.
