UDHAMPUR, Mar 10: Six persons were injured in two separate road accidents, here today.
Four persons were injured when a truck hit a stranded but near Battal Morh here today.
The bus bearing registration number JK14-B-9189, was stranded at Battal Morh for boarding a passenger while on way from Billawar to Udhampur when a truck PB-1B AF 5661 hit it from rear side resulting into injury to four persons. The injured were shifted to PHC Majalta and later shifted to district hospital Udhampur for better treatment.
They were identified as Kiran (16) daughter of Madan Lal of Baryalta, Girdhari Lal (42) son of Rattan Lal of Baryalta, Santosh Kumar (55) wife of Chagar Singh of Baryalta and Ravi Kumar son of Krishan of Dhemma.
In another road mishap, two motorcycles collided at Slathia Chowk, here this evening, resulting into injuries to the riders. They were identified as Raj Kumar (45), son of Roop Chand of Slathia Chowk and Vikas (20), son of Madan Lal of Tandal, Ramnagar.
