JAMMU, Sept 12: Six persons were injured in a road accident at Trigam area of Kishtwar today.
Police sources said that a vehicle (JK02AH-0221) on way to Trigam from Kishtwar met with an accident at Trigam area, resulting in injuries to six people, who were immediately rushed to District Hospital Kishtwar, from where one seriously injured was referred to Government Medical College Jammu for advanced treatment.
The injured have been identified as Rahul Kumar son of Ishar Lal, Anil Kumar son of Sadhu Ram, Om Prakash son of late Deepak Ram, Vijay Kumar son of Karam Chand, Manish Kumar son of Gyan Chand, and Subash Kumar son of Thakar Chand (referred to GMC Jammu), all residents of Trigam, Kishtwar.
Police have registered a case under the relevant sections of the law at concerned police station and taken up further investigation.
