Six injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, Apr 29:  Police today said six persons including three security personnel were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a bus bearing registration number JK03-2111 hit a vehicle of CRPF bearing registration number WB-396876 at Gufbal in Quiomoh area of Kulgam district, resulting in injuries to four persons including three CRPF persons. “All the injured were shifted to the hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he said.
The spokesman said a Motorcycle hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Saleema Begum at Dringla in Teetwal area of Kupwara district. “The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he said.
The spokesman further said a Truck bearing registration number JK02G-5962 hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Ghulam Hassan Rather at Chattergam near Government Hospital Nowgam here on city outskirts. “The injured was shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” he added.
