NEW DELHI, Mar 9: Sampoorn Kashmir Sanghattan (SKS) under chairmanship of Anoop Koul met Anshu Prakash Chief Secretary, Delhi Government here, today.
Delegation included traders, teachers and relief holders of Delhi and they discussed the problems of displaced people putting up in Delhi and NCR.
Delegation discussed point wise problems. The bifurcation, addition and deletion was discussed in length and Chief Secretary agreed that bifurcation and addition should be done immediately as huge time has already passed. He assured that he will instruct Divisional Commissioner on this matter and process will be implemented.
Chief Secretary was also briefed by the delegation that family of four persons is getting just Rs.10000 per month. He expressed this amount is very less amount for family in today’s era and one family in any respect can’t survive on this relief. He assured delegation that he will look into that. On the reduction of the zones, CS said that he will try to make an arrangement of disbursement very convenient as delegation stressed upon single place.
Chief Secretary assured that all relief related issued will be very soon discussed with Divisional Commissioner and action will be taken simultaneously. He assured traders that matter will be again looked into and necessary action will be taken. After listening teachers issues Chief Secretary has expressed that as teachers are working from more than 20 years they should be benefited in respect of salary at par as regular teachers and also promised to look into leave benefits which should be granted to migrant teachers also.
Delegation apart from Anoop Koul included general secretary SKS Bharat Kachroo ,national spokes person, Rattan Lal Koul ,president Traders Association, Shiv Kumar Bhat, president Migrant Teachers Association, Surekha Kaul, Manoj Koul, Sanjay Reshi and Dilbag Sopori.
