JAMMU, Dec 3: Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology – Teachers Association Jammu (SKUAST-TAJ) launched first time the new web page of the association.
The link of web page of SKUAST-TAJ will be available on University website i.e., www.skuast.org. The web page was launched by the Vice Chancellor, SKUAST-Jammu, Dr Pardeep Kumar Sharma, who also congratulated Dr Vikas Sharma, president of the Teaching Association and other office bearers for putting constitution of association, minutes of various meetings and other important information related to the association online.
The Vice Chancellor further expressed hope that the association will work for the betterment of teaching fraternity which will help the University to achieve academic, research and extension excellence in near future.
Dr Vikas Sharma informed that the web page is operational from today onwards and any specific information related to the association will be uploaded on the webpage from time to time. He further told that all the desirous members can visit the university site/web page and can send the suggestions for improvement if any at association’s email ID i.e., www.skuasttaj@gmail.com.
On the occasion, Dr BB Gupta, Registrar SKUAST-Jammu and other members of association like joint secretary, Dr PK Rai; publicity secretary, Dr Devinder Sharma; treasurer, Dr Rajeev Sangra; executives, Dr Jai Kapoor, Dr Poonam Parihar and computer programmer, Atulya Giri, who designed the web page, were present.
