KISHTWAR, June 15: District and Sessions Judge Kishtwar today listed the much publicized case of MoS Home slapping KAS officer for further hearing on June 27.
Today, Chief Prosecuting Officer (CPO) appearing for the State and Advocate Zulker Nein Sheikh appearing for the KAS officer put their arguments on the criminal revision petition filed by the Home Department seeking nullification and stay on the verdict given by CJM Kishtwar.
It is pertinent to mention here that CJM Kishtwar had directed the SHO Police Station Kishtwar to register case in the case.
