SAMBA, May 31: MLA Vijaypur Surjit Singh Slathia today distributed Kissan Credit Cards (KCC) among 181 beneficiaries in a function at Vijaypur organized by Agriculture Department under the supervision of Chief Agriculture Officer Dr. Rama Kant Dubey.
Mr. Slathia also addressed a series of public meeting at village Bassi, Kargal, and Dasal in Vijaypur constituency.
While speaking on the occasion, the MLA announced that two handpumps will be installed and construction of ladies bathroom taken up in village Kargal soon.
He announced that five electric poles will also be provided as demanded by the people of the Bassi besides tube-well constructed in the village Dassal.
He assured that the pending demands like construction of lanes and drains repairs of nallah and roads will be taken up soon.
