Smaug, a hyper-intelligent, short-tempered dragon and the star of the upcoming “Lord of the Rings” prequel whose estimated worth is a hefty $62 billion, headed the list of Forbes’ “Fictional 15” wealthiest imaginary characters, it said yesterday.
