JAMMU, May 26: Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust (SMCT) (Regd.) under “Jhompad Patti Kalyan Abhiyaan” scheme, organized a function wherein they distributed ration items among the poor people of the area.
On the occasion, trust chairman, Raj Kumar Dogra, while briefing about the scheme, said that motive is purely social service, adding many of them even find it very difficult to arrange two-time meal for family.
He said, their mission of reaching the needy at their doorsteps, share their sorrows and grief and provide some sort of aid is receiving appreciation of the general public and with their blessings Trust will put more efforts to reach more areas and more people.
Prominent among those who were present on the occasion included Payal Dogra, Meenakshi, Reena, Sanjeev Magotra, Sanjay Kumar, Nishant Kumar, Rajan Magotra and Manya.
