HOW. ?
It has miles in itself but how many, don’t know.
An inspirational quote by Mother Teresa is ‘Peace begins, with a Smile’.
So Smile, It costs nothing. Believe me.
A big difficulty can be tolerated with a smile as everything happens for a cause. Some incidents makes you smarter and some incidents make you mature, some makes you smarter and some makes you mentor. So that you can guide others so just smile and go ahead. We all pray to God for our demands and requirements but God gives us those blessings which are essential for us. So trust the Almighty, as He is the ultimate healer and power. ” All power is within you, you can do anything” so just smile and just smile.
A smiling face is always beautiful and you need not to fabricate it by fake concoct. A moment which is going to happen that no one can stop, so why not to accept that moment with a smile. Thus, No expectations, no worries. Smile beautifies you.
A smile has endless meanings:
* If you smile when you are upset, it signifies, you are strong. Smile makes you a person with a strong personality.
* If you smile when anything went wrong around or with you that means you are an intelligent person.
* If you smile when you already know the truth, that signifies your smartness.
* If you smile in difficult situations, that makes you optimistic.
A smile is a answer to all the questions, whether you know it or not, doesn’t matter.
Smile acts like electricity and life acts like a battery, whenever you smile, the battery gets charged and a beautiful life begins ahead. If a small smile on your face makes your photograph beautiful then think about the life, how beautiful it can be. A smile is contagious.

* Smile improves the immune system.
* Smile helps to stay positive.
* Smile may lower blood pressure.
* Smile makes you attractive.
* Smile reduces pain.
Everyone knows about laughter therapies. It brings smile on your facepand has positive effects on your health. It is the most constructive way to tackle today, tomorrow and rest of your life.
In today’s world everyone has worries but smile makes your attitude positive to tackle any trouble. Be an inspiration for others with a smiling face.
Some ways can be:
* Laugh at yourself.
* Spend time with friends.
* Make a hobby.
* Meditate regularly.
* Do good to others.
* Be helpful.
* Count virtues in bad.
* Listen to music and crack jokes.
Accept the situation and move on with a smile. No one is responsible for your happiness and no one makes you smile, you yourself is accountable for your smile and worries. So ” smile and smile , do your work, as everything is destined”, why to worry???
