KATRA, Mar 18: In the spirit of ‘Ideas worth spreading’, SMVDU is set to organize the first ever TEDx SMVDU event in the state along with 2nd National Case Study Conference from 22nd to 24th April, 2016.
TED is an annual event that brings together the world’s leading thinkers and doers to share ideas that matter in any discipline – technology, entertainment, design, science, humanities, business, and development. The talks at the conference, called TED Talks, are then made available to watch for free on TED.com with a viewer base of more than 40 lakh across the globe.
At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connections. TEDxSMVDU ev ent aims to bring together some bright minds of the community, think tanks, entrepreneurs and change makers to express and share their ideas. It is a full-day event with a goal to bring together bright minds to give talks that are idea-focused, on a wide range of subjects, to foster learning, inspiration and wonder – and provoke conversations that matter to the contemporary world.

The TEDxSMVDU is being organized in the midst of 2nd National Case study Conference (NCSC-2016) to be held at SMVDU from 22nd to 24th April, 2016.
Bhasker Taneja is the curator of TEDxSMVDU and the events are being organized under the supervision of Dr Saurabh and Dr Varun Kr Tripathi.
The last date for registration is 10th of April 2016 for the events.
