JAMMU, Nov 27: Dr. Sanjeev Anand, Assistant Professor, School of Energy Management, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) presented research work titled ‘Ventilation System & Particle Dispersion Analysis of Operation Theater using CFD’ co-authored by Dr. Yatheshth Anand, Shubham Verma and Saurabh Sawhney at seventh international conference on Energy Research and Development (ICERD-7) held under the patronage of the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah at Kuwait.
This conference was jointly organized by American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Kuwait University, Kuwait Society of Engineers, Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research and Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences.
The ICERD-7 was held at Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre, from November 19-21, 2019 with theme ‘Advances in Energy Research and Development.’
The conference was entirely dedicated to recent developments in optimizing the utilization of basic energy resources in the major energy consuming sectors in the arid region of the Arabian Peninsula.
Further, Dr. Anand had scientific discussion with Prof. Bjarne Olesen, International Centre for Indoor Environment and Energy, Technical University of Denmark, Dr. Paul Kellett – Programme Manager, United for Efficiency, UN Environment Programme, Dr. Marcelino Sánchez Director – Solar Thermal Energy Department, National Renewable Energy Centre, Spain.
